Resin production performance and problems
High-quality epoxy resin can remain stable during the production process to ensure that no bubbles are generated. Its curing process can ensure that the epoxy resin is completely self-degassed, thereby producing ideal casting parts without bubbles. This requires resin manufacturers to make special improvements in performance. In the high temperature environment in summer, the curing temperature must be kept stable, otherwise it may cause glue explosion problems, that is, the colloid will produce bubbles due to the rapid exothermic reaction, and delamination and whitening will occur with the wood. The common river table resin glue on the market is easily affected by ultraviolet rays and turns yellow, so it needs to be carefully selected. To avoid this problem, colorants and pearlescent powders are added to make various patterns to cover up the unsightly yellowing of the colloid.
